inezita will process your personal data for the following purposes:

Customer Management

Inezita, through Meada Vitamínica, Unipessoal Lda, is dedicated to the sale of bags and accessories. The processing of your data is therefore necessary for the performance of the sales contract or service agreement concluded between you and INEZITA, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Your data will be stored for this purpose for 2 years of inactivity.

Marketing

inezita may process your data to send you information about its articles and services.

This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, provided at the time of the online purchase. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email and/or SMS. INEZITA may also share your data with third parties that manage social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google, for the purpose of carrying out marketing campaigns through social media.

Consent for the processing of personal data for digital marketing purposes can be withdrawn at any time.

The authorization to subscribe to the newsletter can be revoked at any time, either through the newsletter itself or through the customer’s account.

Will My Information Be Shared with Others?

Your personal information may be disclosed to service providers of Meada Vitamínica, Unipessoal Lda, namely logistics companies responsible for order processing and delivery.

The data subject has the right to ask inezita to erase their data without undue delay, and INEZITA has the obligation to erase the personal data when one of the following grounds applies, in particular:

  • The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
  • The data subject withdraws their consent on which the processing is based (in cases where processing is based on consent) and there is no other legal ground for the processing.
  • The data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.

Right to Restriction of Processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from inezita restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

  • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling inezita to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
  • The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead.
  • inezita no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • The data subject has objected to processing, pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

Right to Object

In cases where data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by inezita; or (2) data processing is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing; or (3) profiling, the data subject may also object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

Can I Withdraw My Consent Later?

If consent is legally necessary for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time. This right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given, nor the subsequent processing of the same data, based on another legal basis, such as the fulfillment of the contract or the legal obligation to which inezita is subject.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the inezita website is protected under Intellectual Property Law, in particular copyright and trademark rights.

Any use, reproduction, or mention, in whole or in part, of its content is prohibited and constitutes a crime when carried out without the prior authorization of inezita.

The company names, trademarks, and distinctive signs reproduced on the inezita website are protected under the applicable legal provisions regarding industrial property. The reproduction or representation of all or part of any distinctive signs is strictly prohibited.

Thus, all information reproduced and the databases made available by inezita do not violate the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties.

How Does inezita.pt Use Cookies and Similar Technology?

To provide a better service to the user, we use cookies, which are small text files placed on the hard drive by a web page server. The inezita.pt site, provided it asks the user for their password and name to enter, or that can be personalized, requires that cookies be accepted in order to access all available functionalities.
